This 55-minute vinyasa slow flow is designed to counteract the feeling of sitting all day (whether at a desk, in the car, or on the couch) — think chest opening, hamstring lengthening, and side stretching. Accessible for all experience levels.

With a focus on the inner leg line, this 30-minute vinyasa class gets you moving quickly to help clear the mind and drop into the present moment. Carve out just thirty minutes of your busy day for this one — I promise you’ll feel better after!

Cozy, Grounding Flow (37 mins)

Light some candles and get cozy! Inspired by the transition to colder weather, this class cultivates a grounded energy with a quad-opening flow followed by restorative poses and a supported savasana.

Strengthen + Flow (46 mins)

This is an invigorating full body yoga flow with bursts of cardio and strength-building movement. After getting the heart rate up, we'll use guided pranayama techniques to reconnect with our breath and settle in for a relaxing savasana.
