I can be found teaching at special venues, apartment buildings, corporate offices and outdoor spaces all around New England.
My teaching practice brings me all around Boston and beyond. As part of my work with YogaHub, I’ve taught classes at businesses, offices and apartments around Boston and worked for clients including High Street Place and Equity Apartments.
I see my yoga classes as an opportunity to build community amongst apartment building residents, corporate office clients and the city as a whole.
I savor the opportunity to come up with creative flows that meet my students where they are. I’m accustomed to working with a variety of experience levels and adapting to various locations including office break rooms, apartment building fitness centers and outdoor settings.
